Gaze at the squirrel in branches of clutter.
‘Come down!’ they bark, ‘Let’s have some fun!’
But the squirrel just grins in the warming sun.
Up in the tree, it sways with delight,
Teasing the pups from its lofty height.
A playful scene of nature’s display,
A call to joy in the game of ‘Come Play.’
